Macon – Bibb County grand jurors indicted two men and a woman Tuesday in the Dec. 18, 2017, fatal shooting of 20-year-old Keenan Guice at Cobblestone Square Apartments on Riley Avenue.

Demarcus Colson, 25, Deangelo Dewayne Davis, 33, and Markeysia Odeshia Milligan, 22, all of Macon, are each charged with felony murder and three counts of aggravated assault, according to an indictment filed in Bibb County Superior Court.

Colson also is charged with possession of a firearm by a first offender probationer, and an additional count of felony murder.

An indictment is a charging document issued by grand jurors if the group determines probable cause exists for the case to move forward toward trial.  Each defendant is presumed to be innocent unless and until they are proven guilty in a court of law.
