Our employees are giving back and together this year, they donated $28,044.75 to United Way of Central Georgia (UWCG). This was all part of the annual campaign the County joins in with UWCG. Employees are asked hwo they want to contribute, whether they want to give a one-time contribution or get a payroll deduction over the course of a year.

“I want to extend a word of thanks on behalf of George McCanless, our President and CEO. And on behalf of our 22 partnering agencies and the thousands of people that have been helped by the United Way contributions and contributions from the Macon-Bibb government, we appreciate that,” said UWCG COO Carl Tims.
