“This is a great opportunity for you to get on the right path if your new year’s resolution was to take care of your mental health,” said MMHM Coordinator Andrea Cooke. “It’s never too late to start. We’re excited for what we have in store this year for people in different neighborhoods across Macon-Bibb County.”

Due to the weather on Friday and Sunday, the Yoga in the Plaza and Healing Hike have been cancelled this weekend. However, the Pop-Up Gym is happening rain or shine at Rosa Jackson from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. It is free and open to everyone in the family. People will be able to consult with a licensed therapist, practice yoga and meditate, be part of a drum circle, get free produce from the Melanated Community Stimulation Project, and more.
