Warner Robins man indicted in 2017 Byron fatal shooting

Fort Valley – Peach County grand jurors have voted to indict a Warner Robins man in the 2017 fatal shooting of a man at 136 Twin Lakes Court in Byron. The indictment was returned in Peach County Superior Court this week.

David Lee Billings, 58, is charged with malice murder, felony murder and aggravated assault in the June 9, 2017, death of 35-year-old Lloyd Goldie.

Billings is presumed to be innocent unless and until he is proven guilty in a court of law.
