Crawford County grand jurors indicted a 17-year-old student Tuesday on allegations he threatened to shoot up and blow up Crawford County High School on Feb. 14.

Jokester “J.C.” Ussery is charged with one count of terroristic threats, according to an indictment filed in Crawford County Superior Court.

An indictment is a charging document issued by grand jurors if the group determines probable cause exists for the case to move forward toward trial.  Each defendant is presumed to be innocent unless and until they are proven guilty in a court of law.
