Macon — Bibb County grand jurors indicted a Macon woman Tuesday on allegations she took a man’s 2011 Honda Accord by intimidation Aug. 18 while in possession of a knife.
Lori Delois Harrell, 30, is charged with hijacking a motor vehicle stemming from the alleged Wericoba Drive incident. An indictment in the case was filed Tuesday in Bibb County Superior Court.
An indictment is a charging document issued by grand jurors if the group determines probable cause exists for the case to move forward toward trial.
Each defendant is presumed to be innocent unless and until they are proven guilty in a court of law.
