Enjoy this beautiful fall weather with some good food, music, and fun at Carolyn Crayton Park (150 Willie Smokie Glover Drive) for the next Picnic in the Park on Saturday, October 12. You can choose from 12 food vendors from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
There will be live entertainment from “T-Luv” Todd Davis, wine slushies from Jail Creek Farms, and bounce houses for the kids.
“This is the last festival of the season and the weather has been great, so we’re really expecting a great time,” says Recreation Department Director Robert Walker. “There is something for everyone in the family. This is a great opportunity for our community to come out, get to know your neighbors, and have fun.”
